We deliver across South Africa, including but not limited to:

  • Mpumalanga

  • Gauteng

  • Limpopo

  • Free State

  • KwaZulu-Natal

  • North West

Delivery outside these areas may be arranged on request.


3. Delivery for Equipment Rentals

For equipment rentals such as:

  • Tower scaffolds

  • TLB / excavators

  • Tipper trucks

  • Front end loaders

  • Construction equipment

  • Industrial tools

Delivery may include:

  • Transport to site

  • Offloading

  • Collection after rental period

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Distance

  • Equipment size

  • Transport required

  • Duration of rental

Delivery cost will be shown on the quotation or invoice.


4. Delivery for Products & Materials

For goods and materials purchased from Unokuhle Services:

  • Delivery time: 1–5 working days (if in stock)

  • Special orders: delivery time will be confirmed on quote

  • Large or heavy items may require special transport

  • Delivery may be done by our vehicle or third-party courier

We will notify the customer once the order is ready for dispatch.


5. Collection by Customer

Customers may collect orders from our premises by arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Order must be fully paid

  • Collection date must be confirmed

  • Customer must bring suitable transport

Unokuhle Services is not responsible for damage during customer transport.


6. Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport availability

  • Supplier delays

  • Site access restrictions

  • Public holidays

We will inform the customer as soon as possible if delays occur.


7. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods or equipment on delivery.

If there is damage or missing items:

  • Report immediately

  • Note it on delivery note

  • Provide photos if possible

Failure to report may affect claims.


8. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one on site

  • Unsafe access

  • Customer not ready

Additional delivery charges may apply.
