2. Company Information

Unokuhle Services (Pty) Ltd provides:

  • Equipment rental

  • Scaffolding hire

  • Plant hire

  • Construction services

  • Industrial services

  • Supply of materials and equipment

All services are subject to availability and written quotation.

3. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 7–30 days unless stated otherwise

  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance

  • Prices may change without notice until order is confirmed

  • Unokuhle Services may refuse any order

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be stated on the invoice or quotation

  • Orders may require deposit before delivery

  • Rental equipment may require full payment upfront

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • Interest may be charged on overdue accounts

5. Equipment Rental Terms

For hired equipment including scaffolding, TLB, tipper trucks, tools, or machinery:

  • Equipment must be used safely and correctly

  • Customer is responsible while equipment is on site

  • Damage, theft, or loss will be charged to the customer

  • Equipment must be returned in same condition

  • Rental period starts when equipment leaves our yard

  • Rental continues until equipment is returned

Unokuhle Services may inspect equipment at any time.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection charges may apply.

Customer must ensure:

  • Safe access to site

  • Suitable ground conditions

  • Responsible person available on delivery

Failed delivery may result in extra charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Custom orders

  • Used equipment

  • Completed services

  • Transport costs

All returns must be approved by Unokuhle Services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Use equipment safely

  • Follow all safety regulations

  • Comply with South African laws

  • Provide safe working conditions

  • Not overload or misuse equipment

Unokuhle Services is not responsible for misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unokuhle Services will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit

  • Project delays

  • Site damages not caused by us

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Third-party actions

Liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Warranty

Goods supplied are subject to manufacturer warranty where applicable.

No warranty applies if:

  • Product is misused

  • Product is modified

  • Product is damaged by customer

11. Website Use

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the website

  • Not to copy content without permission

  • Not to submit false information

We may update website content anytime.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
